I love this box! I got the smallest one (12/14/16) and for reference in the pictures, I’m 5’9” and 230 pounds. I didn’t want to pay for the bigger size honestly but this one works just fine. If you read the dimensions and look at the pictures, you should know what size it is before you even receive it so idk why people are surprised at it being smaller than they thought. Mine came with two extra screws and a little wrench. I didn’t need any directions. It’s honestly self-explanatory. I don’t know how anyone could get confused or need help with this as I did it alone in about 15 mins. The most time consuming part is screwing each screw in all the way on every side. It feels sturdy, looks great, is smooth all around, and will be a great addition to my routine. I got tired of working out on my short front porch stoop and being eaten alive by mosquitos and wanted more of a challenge so chose this box. Edit: I love this box and have had it for a while! It’s been great the whole time and I’ve lost 55 pounds since I started my journey!! Whoohoo!
