Nice product. Seems to have a decent amount of power and dried my hair very quickly. Not overly loud. Didn't seem to help with frizziness overall, but I don't really mind so long as my hair is dry. Very lightweight. Here's the thing: I'm not the most considerate hair dryer owner in the world. The very first time I used this product, I did the thing I always do and knocked it off the counter onto the floor. My old hair dryer never had an issue with this, but the prongs that hold the diffuser onto this dryer are very small and very fragile. They all broke off. I would never use this without the diffuser, so I have a large rubber band I'm using to hold the diffuser on. Maybe consider a different item if you're clumsy.
