I like and use this product consistently
He Shou Wu, also known as Fo-Ti, was one of the 5 primary herbs taken by Li Ching-Yuen, the allegedly oldest man in the modern era who died at 256 years old (see YouTube for details - ignore the Snopes article which has some obvious inaccuracies and just offers skepticism and allegations). He Shou Wu is one of the most powerful antioxidants, a superoxide dismutase which neutralizes free radicals and helps with telomeric health and growth (these are what determine the health of your cellular replications). I take about 1/2 teaspoon in the morning and sometimes the evening along with my quart of warm filtered water (with hot chocolate) and my other supplements. Cost of this product is minimal and if it works, so much the better. I've always tried to make healthy choices and while I'm over 60, I can still bench two x 75 lb. dumbbells (recently 14 reps in one shot), walk miles at a time, and look closer to 40. So far, so good. For a fun diversion, look up images of He Shou Wu on Google images. Crazy human-shaped roots. That's kind of what intrigued Mr. He in the first place when he found the root centuries ago. He figured anything that looks like a human, might be good for humans to take. By the way, I consider the included bamboo spoon kind of an unnecessary extra. I've always used a regular spoon, which works fine. The others just sit in a drawer.
