Friends, We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of our Anker PowerCore+. We received it in December with such joy however, it passed away by June. Our Anker was there every time our iPhone's battery indicator hit below 10%. It was always there, ready to charge. For those seven months, it was one of the best friends a guy could ever have. And boy, did it charge until that fateful day during the last week in June. I noticed my phone was near dead and so I hooked up my trusty Anker and went about my day. When I looked at my phone about an hour later, I noticed it wasn't charging. I thought that maybe it was the cable. It had to have been the cable. Please be the cable! So, I switched it out but it wasn't. The Anker had no response... and neither did I. #sadface Anker is survived by his older brother (also a PowerCore+), who was purchased in September and is still going strong. We will probably purchase another one because, you know... $10 bucks. So what, right? Three stars because of battery life otherwise, four. UPDATE: Anker contacted me and replaced the PowerCore by sending me a new one. Added one star for customer service awesomeness.
