I would've given this 5 stars if the chaise was interchangeable for either side. But since it's right side only, I give it 4 stars. The couch was delivered to me today. I ordered it on 12/29. It was curbside delivery only. The driver was nice enough to help my boyfriend offload the truck, we inspected it quickly since it was packaged really well. No damages. Thank goodness. My boyfriend assembled it and he thought it was pretty simple. Took about a half hour. It looks beautiful. It is a firm couch, but I like it. I don't like sinking into couches. We were looking for a beautiful, big & adorable couch and that's what we got. I'm laying on it as I'm writing this review. I have no complaints. I had a lot of questions emailed to the seller and he/she responded to all of them in a timely matter. I'm satisfied.
