Dr. Cares is the bomb.com
If you love the first one, you'll like this one just the same. The levels go back & fourth between Dr. Cares childhood and her present day. The story line is great, I couldn't wait to play each level to find out what would happen next. You also get to spend your diamond's at your Adoption Center where you can adopt dogs & cats care for them & customize their room. Great game!! Worth the buy.
