I switched to bands from weights since as I got older the weights were causing more joint pain. I searched around and settled on Iron Infidel. The name of the product was what first caught my attention but I researched reviews and purchased just one band. I liked it so much I bought the whole package of bands. Solid and sturdy they provide a great workout without putting the stress on my joints heavy weights did. Durability so far is good but time will tell about that I guess. I have been very happy with the product. I wish they made a version with a handle to attach to a solid object. Maybe the is coming.
