My friend recently purchased the Philips Hue LED light strip and the hub for $100+. I was so amazed at how cool their house looked with it installed above their kitchen cabinets. I came so close to forking that money out for a set of myself until I found these. $20 and it looks just as amazing if not better than Philips Hue LED strip. I had them installed in 5 minutes. Adhesive is strong and stays in place. I was skeptical of the smartphone app actually functioning with such a low cost option but it works absolutely flawless. The remote works great but with one flaw. It has to be in complete view of the control box which is attached to the lights. Being that it’s sitting on top of the cabinets means I can’t use the physical remote to change settings since it’s not in direct line of view. I have to climb on a chair to point it at the control box, but with the smartphone app which has more options and features, I could careless about the physical remote. I’m going to by several more of these lights. I would HIGHLY recommend these lights over much much expensive options.
