I have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis. restless legs syndrome, and in addition had rotator cuff surgery about four weeks ago. So my magnesium supplement needs to perform almost a Herculean task in terms of support for muscle and nerve functions. I switched to this product about three weeks ago, and so far have been amazed at the results. For starters, I actually have more energy--no more flopping on the sofa after dinner to fall asleep to TV!! I now have energy to take care of issues around my home that I've long neglected. My surgeon and physical therapists are AMAZED at the fantastic range of motion I have with the shoulder that had the rotator cuff repair--given that the surgeon needed to cut the muscle in order to make the repair!!! I'm also sleeping well at night, and waking up refreshed. All in all a great product--highly recommended!
