Revised: I contacted the seller to let them know that the design of the cushion did not match the description online; they immediately replied and sent the right cushion to me (the original cushion that I had received was apparently the old model). This model is s much better! It actually stays in place on my office chair! I like the memory foam; however I was disappointed because the design of the cushion was obviously changed: it only has one strap in the middle as opposed to two adjustable straps. Therefore, it doesn't really stay in the right position on the back of my chair and I have to adjust it every time I sit down. The picture on Amazon shows two straps and the instructions inserted in the package also show two straps. I picked this cushion mostly because of the two straps.
