To start the instructions look to be written by someone who does not speak English as a first language. They were extremely hard to understand. I had to figure out a lot on my own. The parts are hard to attach to the cleaner. The water reservoir is small, takes several minutes to warm up and even longer before you can open it up to refill it. I bought it to help clean my shower but it would take me forever to do it. Also thought it would help with mold/mildew removal but have not had luck. Adding to my original review: I was contacted by the seller who worked with me on my issues. All has been corrected. Only issue would be the small reservoir that needs to be filled u many time to complete large projects.
