This fits my Oral B Vitality perfectly. I prefer this to the single round head. I feel like it's cleaning a greater area. The price was great. I received 4 packages with 4 toothbrush heads in each package. I wanted to update on this review to let you know that after a few weeks of using these, the bottom part of the brush on this replacement head loosens up and sometimes pinches my lip. Also the blue doesn't fade to let you know that it's time to change brushes. I don't find this to be necessary but some might want that.
