This is my first time EVER trying cod liver oil. After reading endless amounts of reviews I settled on this brand, Nordic Naturals. Selling point #1: Contains non-synthetic vitamins. Selling point #2: Has a tangy scent/flavor and goes down easy. Stiffness of my joints (hands) is starting to slowly diminish with every passing day. Full disclosure: I’ve been taking 1tsp in the am and 1tsp before bedtime. I’m extremely deficient in both vitamins A & D due to a pre-existing condition, so, this dosage works specifically for MY condition/symptoms.
