I have been suffering with fatigue, feelings of depression and exhaustion. After a visit from my doctor, he said I was Vitamin D deficient, which is not uncommon for Midwestern dwellers such as myself. So I wanted to combat that and after reading previous reviews I wanted to give this a try. I have to say, for the money spent on a bottle of this that lasts you A YEAR (yes a whole year) I am so excited I tried this. I come home from work and I still have enough energy to get me through the day and evening. Feeling much like my old self. This was a great purchase and I plan on making a Vitamin D supplement part of my daily routine.
