Just because your shipping is rough doesn't make this a bad product.
The product is exactly what you would expect it to be. Most complaints are about shipping damage, which has nothing to do with the product itself. personally mine showed up at my door with not a single scrape on it, and every bottle was nestled in the box very neatly between bubble wrap. I will continue getting my dish soap from this supplier in the future.
