I LOVE these belts! This 4pack of black, white, tan, & grey covers every possible outfit. They fit so well—there is enough stretch where they fit me comfortable (I’m a size 16-18, prefer 18 b/c I’m extra sensitive to things pushing on my abdomen ((had several big surgeries, organ removal, chronic illness—Hey to my Lupus/Autoimmune warriors out there!)). These belts fit me well & I believe could comfortably & easily fit larger sizes (20,22). It’s not at all maxed out when I wear them. You can adjust them too so they can be worn directly under the bust, at the natural waist, or even closer down to the hips. I have some big hips, so hips might be stretching it, but they stretch. If it helps, my measurements currently (ya’ll know our bodies change often! That’s their job! They adapt! Body love for EVERY body! All of your bodies & all of mine! 😉) are- waist 38” & hips 47.5” & bra band 36” I wish I had time to write more reviews than I do, but when something is really epically great (or awful), I feel like it’s important to share that info w/ others!
