Great substitute for powdered sugar
I needed to make a sugar-free and gluten-free birthday cake for my brother. I found a recipe for a flourless chocolate cake and used this as the sugar substitute along with Lily’s chocolate. The cake came out perfect and was a big hit. Wholesome Yum Besti blended well and had a great flavor. Did not miss the sugar at all.
