According to the size chart Im a medium, my waist is 27in but reading other reviews I ordered a size lower to a small. When I put the trainer on, i didnt need the extender and on the first hooks my waist was still a 27 so i had to put it on the middle hooks putting ny waist at 26.5( giving me only 1 more hook to move down to 🙁) so ill be returning this small and ordering an xs. Other than that i ordered the 9.45in lengtg cause im 5'2" and it fits very comfterable no cinching at the waist or nothing. Note: order the size shown in the chart you ultimately want your waist to be at. so me a 27in want a xs trainer to train my waist to at the end be that 23 in. 😏
