Let's put it this way this product is solid metal a thing of the past now a days. The complaints you are reading about leaks and no washers are full of bunk!!! This shower comes complete with everything but the listed silicone tape, and if your any kind of a home owner you should have some of this inexpensive plumbing product anyway. Whats happening to these so called people with leaks is that when they received the shower head they were not careful removing the 2 plastic stoppers at the ends of the flexy hose, with these stoppers removed the washers had nothing holding them in place and when the hose as moved,which I'm sure it as, the washers fell out. This happened to me when I dislodged the stoppers and preceded to the bathroom but being intuitive I noticed they were not there when I checked for them before installation which any smart handyman would do. They fell out being dragged to the shower stall, I replaced them naturally and tada instant insulation and a beautiful working shower.. Well besides the mishaps of the others heed my warning believe me I now how to get things working I'm a retired Chef of Some Years. GREAT SHOWER HANDS DOWN. But watch those washers when you take out the plastic stoppers!!!!!
