I have been suffering from hay fever for a few months now. I have this hay fever every year but this year is the worst. My allergy doesn't go way with taking tablets. So I bought this one. I set it up and use it right away after I received the item. After a few hours of leaving that on, I noticed the significant improvement on my congested, itchy and sneezy nose. My breathing has been easier since I turned it on. However, my running nose doesn't go away. In general, I love this machine.
