I was very happy with the pen before it broke (dropped it). It worked great! I could rest my hand on my iPad while writing with no issues. It was very easy to use. I broke the nip off in the pen after I dropped it. I contacted the company, Jam Jake, to get help on how to fix it. Within a few hours they responded to my email and they are sending me a new pen to replace mine!
