While searching for a good natural skin care on Amazon I came across TruSkin Naturals's. I am absolutely amazed by their products and what outstanding customer service they have. I have purchased TrueSkin Natural's, Vitamin C serum, HA "Hyaluronic Acid Serum", Daily Facial Super Toner, and Eye Gel. When I first started to use these products it was working great but then I developed a skin reaction, during this time my doctor had prescribed me a new medication. At first I thought it was the product I was using from TrueSkin Natural's so I tried to return the product back with Amazon but it had surpassed their return policy. I recalled reading TruSkin Natural's policy, "If for any reason you decide that this amazing eye gel is not for you, you have a FULL 3 MONTHS to send 1 simple email and receive a 100% money-back refund, absolutely no questions asked (in fact, you don't even have to return the bottle)." This is placed in all their products. So I emailed the company explaining my situation, and received a quick response from Erica from TruSkin Natural's, not once did they question my return but instead showed great concern about my well being. I later came to find out that it was not a reaction from TruSkin Natural's products but a reaction to my medication. TruSkin Natural's kept in contact with to see how I was doing and I kept them informed of my progress and notified them that I had started using the product once again without any reactions. Since I mentioned that the Daily Facial Super Toner was my absolute favorite Erica said "If I ever decide to purchase another bottle of toner, I’d be more than happy to share an Amazon coupon code with you". And I must add that she did state that if I felt my skin was still too sensitive to use the product that her offer of a refund still stands. Well she delivered as she said, and has shared a coupon code with me. It's rare you come across outstanding customer service and this company well they have set the bar high.
