We have a three year old economy memory foam mattress that was beginning to lose a little support. We read many reviews and chose this one based on the number of positive reviews. This topper is tops. After it arrived, we unboxed it to let it do it’s thing. If you read the materials that come with it, the manufacturer suggests walking on it to help the foam expand. It works, about 10 minutes later it was ready to sleep on. And sleep we did. I normally sleep between 5 and 6 hours a night because of chronic back pain. Well, a week in and I am sleeping 7 hours a night.
