It's like being drop kicked by a pissed off toddler...
Let’s be clear, this is a super cheap product. Like, made in China by 6 year olds cheap. BUT, it works sensationally well. As the title suggest, the water pressure from this thing is... aggressive! Over the past six years I’ve owned three Oxygenics Vortex shower heads. Each one is $80. I got tired of having to replace them due to the exact same internal component failure each time. My preferred shower head mode is the awesome high pressure mist feature found on the Vortex. Which is why I kept investing in a faulty product. It's that good. Well, when I saw a $9 no-brand shower head offering a suggestively similar experience, I had to try it to see if the good reviews matched the experience. Got it two weeks ago. It installed in 30 seconds. No drips, scratches, or cosmetic issues. It looks simple but nice, and works perfectly. After a dozen showers now, I can firmly attest to the fact that I absolutely love it. As I continue to note, the pressure is high, like really high. The narrow massage feature is so intense I don't actually know if I can use it. Bruising may occur! Haha. You masochists out there will love it! Granted, pressure largely has to do with how your home's water system is set up. We happen to have good pressure, although I suspect that even if you don't, this thing will do the trick. I did take the water flow valve out - I should note. The pressure with it was good. The pressure without it is full on God mode. Not much else to say. For $9 I can essentially buy 8 of these these and still come in less than a single Vortex. That said, I am a quality guy at heart and am definitely willing to invest if the rewards match the investment. In this case, the reward far surpasses the investment. So the value proposition is obvious. The only real potential negative is longevity. Who knows how well this thing will last, I'll update if/when it breaks. I suspect it will last at least as long as the Oxygenics (13 months on average), and if that's the case, 5 stars across the board for me. Happy showering!
