Pretty amazing foot massager. The air compression mixed with the kneeding mechanism on the bottom makes it feel like a real massage. It's a wonderful massager, but there was a couple of cons: One gripe is that the heat setting doesn't get hot enough, I'm not even positive if it's working at all or if it's just my body heat. Another, which is probably very subjective, is that the high setting on the air compression is so intense it's very uncomfortable, but you don't have to use the high setting so that's not a big deal. I see that working out better for children or people with very small feet so it's probably good that it has the high setting. The main issue for me is that it feels like there's two stiff, bluntly ended tubes on the back of where the heel rests, I believe to pump the air for the air compression in, and it digs into your heels and hurts pretty bad. I have to sometimes lift my heel out like I'm on my tippy toes because it gets pretty painful. If they had figured out how to build this thing without the air compression tubes digging into my feet this would have easily been a 5 star rating because it does feel amazing even despite it. My feet are size 9.5 in women's and my husband's feet are men's size 11, both our feet fit fine in it, but because of the awkward tubes I think this massager isn't optimal for big feet.
