This is hands down the best probiotic I’ve ever used. I have suffered from IBS-C for the last 5 years, and this is the only probiotic that has helped with my symptoms. After each meal I felt pain/ bloating to the point where my clothes no longer fit and it was inferring with every part of my livelihood - I was feeling a sense that it may never get better (if you’ve been there you know). I can finally feel what it’s like to eat and not fear what may happen after (I had a lot of anxiety around eating). This has seriously been a lifesaver. My stomach is flat and I no longer have pain after every meal. If you’re hesitant and you’ve tried everything and please try this.
