We purchased the Vacuum Sealer Machine in March 2019; it is now May 2019, and we've used this machine approximately four times and the machine no longer vacuums the air out of the bags. It was great when it worked, but it no longer works. Its life is short-lived; I would not recommend this product at all. I am changing my rating to 4 stars; the company, which is a U.S. small family business, stood behind their product and replaced my daughter's vacuum sealer, which was a gift for her--impressive customer service.
