I was a little wary to buy this at first because of the mixed reviews, but watching my high-energy dog waste away in his crate was unbearable. So I measured his leg, ordered the size I *thought* would fit best, and hoped for the best. The shipping was great. It shipped within a few days and was delivered in a few as well, so it got here in under a week of ordering it. Getting it on the first time was tricky, as my dog was so excited and freaking out, but we got it on him and managed to take him on his first walk after tearing his ACL. My dog has shown incredible improvement with this brace, and he was able to walk for 20 minutes (our entire walk) without a limp. I do believe this brace wouldn't fit every dog, I think if I tried to use it on my boxer (who's about the same size) it would not work and would slip over his tail. Luckily for my dog, it fit him, and he's able to take short walks now to build strength in his knee and to get his energy out. I would recommend this product to ANYONE who has a dog with knee problems, granted that the brace fits their dog.
