Well first off the customer support is awesome! I got a pen that had issues and they sent me another one to replace it no problems at all. The not magical comment... Well there is a learning curve you need to get used to the way the filament goes into the pen, you need to get used to the speeds of the pen and the temp settings. SO when you first try this or any other 3d pen it's gonna seem like it doesn't work right. But, work with it and it will work with you! Fun pen give it a try.
