My daughter said her phlebotomist recommended this product for bruising after plasma donations. I bruise easily hand had a doozy on my calf last week. I tried Arnicare gel and was amazed at the speed of healing. It also took away the rug burn feel my huge bruise had. Ill show you a picture before I treated it and after. I noticed a big change after one day when treated. It only takes a little drop and rub it in real good. It's not sticky at all and has no smell or color. This works so well, I might get some to give as gifts! lol
