Silly product reviews here...
This popcorn is nothing short of amazing. For those deciding their purchase based upon these reviews... allow me to explain what seems to be confusing some users on this forum: Yes, the picture for this ad shows liquified oil. Some complain that it is not liquid, but congealed and hard. Yeahhhh..... This is due to temperature, folks. Temperature! It is coconut oil... a saturated fat. That is well known to be the best for popcorn preparation. It is what movie theaters use, and that is what is used here. If your house/pantry's temperature is "below" the melting point, it WILL be somewhat hardened. Do NOT do what some here have done, and put it in the microwave. That's just silly; Why would someone melt oil in a microwave before melting it in a pan or popcorn machine?? (SMH) it will melt in the heat you pop your corn in. C'mon, people... Just liking cooking almost anything, you will be heating/melting it "before" you put in your corn. Imagine this like any other saturated fat, like, for example, butter. If it is at room temperature or cold, it is not liquified, but when you heat it up, it will be. As far as chewy popcorn, that is also "operator error"... Get your cooking device to the recommended temperature with your oil in, pop your corn, and enjoy.
