Bought a few of these for two homes. It has helped a lot with crickets in the kitchen in home one. We would come home to find at least two crickets in the sink or on the nearby counter every evening. Had to leave it on highest setting for a day when no one was home and after that we stopped seeing crickets in the kitchen. The low and medium settings did not get rid of them. However, for maintenance, we now leave on middle setting. In second home it has helped with spiders and ants. I was really hoping it would help with silverfish, but they still make an appearance on or around rainy days. Although it does seem like there's less of them. Second home has shared (thin) walls with neighboring units and I'm afraid to put on high setting while not home because the neighbors have dogs that I dont want to be affected by the high pitch all day. Four star rating because I had hoped it would help more with eliminating silverfish.
