I haven't owned a lot of backpacks, I'm more of a messenger bag type of guy. Despite that, I think this is by far the best backpack I have ever owned. Perhaps the last backpack.. When I received the bag, I opened the box, reached in, and pulled out what I thought would be a bag too small for my needs. I'm traveling to Europe soon, and I had a goal to carry everything in my carry-on, the problem is...I will be gone for two weeks. The carry-on size restrictions are constricting. I picked this bag because it is slightly smaller than the size requirements for all of the airlines I will be taking. (I knew my bag would bulge a bit, so it might be at the size requirements.) - This thing is perfect for that. I recorded a video review to show you all the storage this bag can handle. (This is basically the TL;DR version of the video) I packed: 14 Shirts (technically 16, but only counting 14).. 15 Pairs of underwear 13 Pairs of socks 1 Pair dress pants 1 10" Asus Windows Tablet 1 Toothbrush 1 Toothpaste 1 Small Floss 1 Deodorant 1 Body Spray 1 Umbrella (Edit: All of this stuff came in right at 18lbs, which is roughly the weight limit for my flights) On all of my flights, I am able to carry a personal item as well (My camera bag). Overall, I highly recommend this bag for...probably any use you could throw at it...It feels very well built, and I think I will have it for a very long time.
