These knives are amazing! They are so awesome, my ex kept them after we broke up. Now, she kept most of my other stuff too and though some of that stuff was pretty worthless, these are the only things I wish I had back. The rubber handles are much better for gripping, while cutting and slicing into wet and soggy things, kind of how she cut me deep without the slicing action losing speed, but they do lose their luster over time, just like how she let herself go over the years. The blades themselves are sharp and hold an edge well, unlike her who can’t hold down a job without pissing people off and having to move to another job. Lastly, I purchased these for considerably less than they are now, so a bit of the value proposition is lost. However, as overpriced as she may now be, I would still let her threaten me with one of these quality instruments of culinary art and torture any day of the week — twice on Sunday.
