I was worried about purchasing this whitening kit because I wasn't sure it was going to be effective for me. I have stubborn stains from drinking coffee, and the natural color of my teeth have never really been white. I've been using this kit everyday for the past 8 days. I read some reviews saying they left it in for 30 mins. I tried that out, however I wouldn't recommend doing that if you have very sensitive teeth like me. I've been using it 10 mins. everyday and it's been working great! No discomfort or sensitivity. My teeth have lightened a couple shades, which I'm very excited about because most gels and toothpastes I've tried haven't really worked. I will be repurchasing this product to continue my progress and get even better results. And I have some tips for you!! Put cotton pads or balls under your tongue, and lay down flat when using it. I found that I salivate a lot when the tray is in my mouth, and doing that has helped me a lot. Also, use the small brush to paint the gel onto your teeth avoiding your gums. I find that it ensures a more even application. Moisturize your lips before putting it in your mouth because the tray will stretch them out a tiny bit, and it's uncomfortable if your lips are dry.
