Update: I normally take progress pictures around day 60. I decided to take a picture at the halfway mark. I had not idea what my progress would look like, but I must say, I'm REALLY glad I purchased THIS waist trainer! Opinion : This a MUST have addition to your exercise accessories. I have worn this trainer 29 out of 30 days while working out. (I missed one day traveling) It produces a massive amount of sweat!!! I can literally feel it heating as my body warms up. Now, I do use a 'workout sweat cream' as well as a Niacin supplement to jump start thermogenesis. Mind you, I don't pay too much attention to the scale from a weight loss perspective because I understand that my overall body composition is where the TRUE results tell the tale. Usage: I alternate the waist positioning every other day from upper waist to lower waist, which also alternates the thigh trainer upper and lower. Again I workout 7 days a week with every 3 day more focused on cardio, than weights to low for muscle recovery. I've also switched from wearing to trainer on top of my workout leggings to under, a lot easier to go to the bathroom. Sizing: I used the sizing chart to determine the size that I needed, but to save yourself some money, I recommend going one size lower. This waist trainer has an amazing stretch. The waist velcro was attached at my side and is now in the attaching middle of my back. The thigh trainer was attaching on the front of my thigh and is now on the side moving closer to the back of my thigh... I'm having to order a smaller size after 30 days, which is not a bad thing!!! Cleaning: I wipe the trainer down after every workout with the same disinfectant that I clean my equipment with and lay it out to dry. I've washed it once. I highly recommend attaching the velcro and washing it in a laundry bag. Rating: This product is definitely '10 STARS'!!!
