Here's the thing those that still had stains and say it didn't work. First it is an enzyme cleaner so shake the bottle to mix everything together and activate the enzymes. I used this product with great success as I have always had with Nature's Miracle products when you follow the directions. The thing to remember with Nature's Miracle and really any enzyme cleaner is you MUST shake it up to mix and activate the enzymes. This is how you get the best results for your money. With that being said I used Nature's Miracle Urine Destroyer let the product sit for 2 hours scrubbed the spots. Applied another round and scrubbed again letting it sit for 2 more hours. I then steam cleaned with warm water and Nature's Miracle Shampoo. The carpet looks like new!
