I have tried this BCAA in the Tropical Popsicle and Pink Guava flavors and TRU's newest flavor, Passion Fruit, is my favorite! I'd rank Passion Fruit as my top, then Guava, and then Tropical Popsicle (although it's still good and I would def still buy it when I feel the need to switch up flavors). I haven't tried the Green Apple flavor, so I can't speak to that one. The Passion Fruit flavor is delicate, which I like, because it's not overpowering and doesn't have an artificial taste like you find with other supplement companies. The flavor is just the right amount of sweetness and isn't too tart (like how fresh passion fruit can be). Due to the delicate flavor, you can stack this with other supplements without having to worry about how it tastes (I drink my BCAA in the morning and mix it with the TRU Beauty supplement). I exercise 5-6 days/week with workouts like HIIT, strength training and running. I've tried many different brands of BCAAs and TRU is the one I keep going back to because of its quality ingredients (I can definitely tell by my muscle soreness if I forget to take this!). I love that this BCAA also has L-Carnitine (helps convert fat to energy). The BCAA brands I've tried in the past did not have this, so I would always have to purchase an L-Carnitine supplement separately.
