Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this pillow with very high hopes as the reviews are so good. I am primarily a side sleeper, and it just didn't work for me. I tried it for almost a month and adjusted the fill multiple times. When I removed part of the fill, I found that many of the pieces had one side that was a stiff plastic. This probably didn't help much with heat dispersion or softness. No matter how I adjusted the fill level, I found that that pillow felt hard rather than fluffy, and it retained the heat from my head so that I had to switch to another pillow. In addition, I most often woke up with a stiff neck which I normally don't have a problem with.This pillow may work well for a back sleeper, but I don't think it works well for side or stomach sleepers. Rather than deal with the return policies of the manufacturer, I decided to return the pillow within the Amazon return period. Finding a good, comfortable pillow just shouldn't be so hard. Update 3/25/18 Since the initial review that was 2 stars, I was contacted by Relief-Mart and offered a pillow that would be better for my needs. I was impressed that never once was it mentioned that I should remove my initial review nor was my review mentioned at all other than the points that I mentioned I was not happy with. I did return the first pillow, but Relief-Mart offered to make a pillow for me that would be better for me. In addition, they offered to send me an organic cotton pillow case. Although I was apprehensive of the offer and the possibility of receiving a pillow that would work for me, I accepted their offer. When I got the replacement pillow, it puffed up within a couple of hours. I had been using a silk pillow case, but decided to use the organic cotton pillow case they sent me. For my first night with this pillow, I slept through more hours than I had slept is a few years. I woke up on the same side of the bed and hadn't move to the other side as I have normally done. OK, this had to be a fluke, so I tried it a second night. Again, I slept soundly more hours, and didn't move to the other side of the bed for a cooler pillow. needless to say, I am ecstatic with the increased sleep I am getting with this pillow and the pillow case. I did check the fill on this pillow and the pieces of foam are much smaller than the original pillow, and they have no plastic pieces in them. At this point, I am extremely happy with this pillow and very impressed with the customer service provide. Although customer ratings of a product are important to sales, Relief-Mart seems to be more concerned with customer satisfaction than review ratings. For this reason, I would highly recommend this company and their products. UPDATE 08/19/18: I have been using this pillow for 5 months, and I get the best sleep with this pillows compared to others that I have.Being the skeptic that I am,every now and then I try one of my other pillows for one night. After one night, I always go back to this pillow. In 5 months,this pillow has not lost its loft and is just as comfortable as the day I got it. I sure hope it lasts a very long time as I would have a difficult time to find a pillow to replace it.
