Stays cold for a full 20-30 minutes.
This is a cold wrist wrap. You can’t heat it. But cold is what I needed and it keeps good and cold for my full 20 minute treatments. Most cold wraps don’t stay cold long enough. This one truly does. Wrap and Velcro seem duty yet soft and comfortable. Needs only two hours in the freezer before reuse.
