I wasn't expecting to be as amazed as I was when I powered this up. It sounds like a jet engine starting, and the full power is so strong that it pulled my rugs up from the floor! Easy to use with the canister itself on three wheels - follows you around, and the cord length is great. Can clean kitchen, two bedrooms and entry hall without changing the plug. The turbo head is wonderful, and adjusted easily with the suction control to various types of carpets / rugs. The parquet head is super easy to use, and the width is great, fitting into many crevices and corners where my old Dyson couldn't touch. You can see pet hair and debris being pulled in from about an inch away before the head actually gets to it. This machine is frankly a bargain at $399. It puts Dyson to shame.
