Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Bought this to mount phone while traveling long distances. I suppose this could be an issue with all adapters using the DC power port, but it is not very stable. Hard turns or slight bumps make this thing spin on the plug. I will keep it because it was cheap, but it will probably not get a lot of use from it. I wrote the review above, and moved on. Thought nothing of it. The seller contacted me to work out a fix for it. I ignored them because it was not worth it. The seller continued to contact me off an on giving me things to try. They did so in a VERY respectful way. Finally I responded simply, "the base does not seem secure". Their immediate response without me saying anything was we are sending you another right away. They insisted on my satisfaction. The thing was around $15.00, but what I am MOST impressed with is the thoughtfulness and excellent t customer support I received, (and was not even seeking). I wanted to take this time to add to the review because sellers like this NEED to be supported. They are what makes Amazon awesome. The unit is now on a boat and holds my iPhone as my music, navigation, and whatever else I need, right over the wheel. Next time I am on the boat, I will share a picture so you can see how well it works. I do hope this helps.
