Got this after a sports injury. Used it as an ice pack while at work and the "belt" use put the cold where I needed it and was discrete for the office environment. Best thing though is that it doubles as a heat pack. Same belt use makes it multi-function. They warn you about not placing the pack against bare skin. Heed that warning. The heat option is great. The claim of being the coldest ice is true in my experience. Use this much cooling power responsibly if you're like me and lose track of time easily. Set a timer and when it goes off take the pack off.
