I think this product was defective in that it did not read, "C.A N. OBD 2" in the display as it says in the User Manual step 3. It read Kobra. The E Tech with Kobra Products responded quickly and provided a quick guide instructions which I tried. The device then went through the protocols and went into, " Link Error " mode. I tried it on two vehicles and got the same results. I appreciate the E Techs prompt responses and willingness to offer and give me a full refund as I was not able to get the device to operate properly. Thanks again KOBRA Products E Tech.
