I was worried about using this because it is not labeled for use in ears, and it's half the price of the version they sell at my local pharmacy (also not labeled for ears). I brought the bottle in to the head and neck specialist to double-check, and he confirmed that it's exactly right. I used it for seven days (three drops twice a day) as prescribed, and the pressure, itching, and clear discharge went away. A month later and everything is still awesome. It feels so great to have my ear back! The drops are a little bit oily as other reviews mention, but no more so than other clotrimazole drops I've used. I lay on my side, put the drops in, and read a book sideways for 5 minutes. Then put a wadded up kleenex or cotton ball gently in the outer ear to catch drips and sit back up. The liquid all drains out and everything feels normal in half an hour. I also bought a digital otoscope (Amazon has lots of options) so I could take a look in my ear for myself. If you have frequent ear problems I highly recommend it. Now I send pics to my doctor and he can often tell me what to do just from that. Great for my own peace of mind too.
