I posted a negative review about this company because of a faulty product. I was given a refund and I thought that was it. Imagine my surprise today when I received a new product (FREE) and a letter of apology. I will certainly order from this company again. I have NEVER had this happen before. Customer service from HEMPS deserves FIVE STARS.
