Pros: 1) it does a great job stabilizing videos 2) lightweight carrying case 3) lightweight device 4) simple functions Cons: 1) buggy app that crashes the phone and does not always connect to the gimbal 2) for Samsung Galaxy S6, I have an issue with the arm getting in the way of the video, when fully balanced 3) phone battery drainage 4) on iPhone, the app does not save videos to the phone gallery. You need to manually go to the app and download videos to the device. This does not happen with Samsung Galaxy - easy transfer. Update 7/15/18: Started to have shaky video (email me if you would like a sample). Sending for repairs to DJI... Ugh, 2 months later :( Update 7/24/18: DJI found nothing wrong with the device and said the phone needs to be balanced. I find it hard to believe given that for the past 2 months I have not made an effort to balance the phone. We shall see how the video changes once I do balance it. Update 8/5/19: I balanced the phone, seems to be doing ok so far, videos coming out stable.
