Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is the best mask fit/protection level I have ordered to date in Amazon. It’s alarming to me the lack of regulatory compliance and censorship of false statements and product reviews currently on Amazon. Many sellers post a product, very basic products, that garner high reviews only to change that simple and cheap product to whatever it is they are trying to sell. Many sellers have taken the spinning of their pitch past the gray area of posting descriptions that lead consumers to believe things that aren’t true, way too far: to the point of flat out lying about their products. Amazon’s compliance department either can’t keep up or just isn’t working on it. Many mask sellers are LYING in descriptions, titles, or images of their products. Amazon is a platform I trust and I do believe they will correct this long term if not short term. FOR EXAMPLE... searching “FDA EUA KN95 MASK,” there are 3-4 dozen products/sellers that mention EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) or FDA in their description, title, or stating their product is made by aEUA FDA Listed manufacturer, when the manufacturer has flat out been removed from the FDA list outright or the product in question is NOT THE LISTED PRODUCT, although possibly manufactured by a listed manufacturer. This is a real problem. I would encourage anyone who has contracted COVID¹⁹ after purchasing masks that meet that general scenario to expedite Amazon’s action on this with notification of potential legal concerns regarding your health and this likely cause of any decline. Only 8 masks I found were both listed manufacturer and listed product, this product being one of the good ones. Pleasantly surprised with the fit, protection, and value for a guy roughly 190lb and 6’, hat size medium. Hopefully Amazon puts an effort into holding sellers accountable for misleading or falsifying product description information. Scary that products are being sold falsifying safety information at scale. For this product, Amazon doesn’t need to do that. It’s a great product & seller, and I will be ordering again.
