Changed my review to five stars. The company will be sending a replacement. Great customer service. Purchased this item on June 20, 2020 on Amazon. They say there is a one-year warranty. Yesterday I noticed that when I tried to turn it off using the thumb control it does not turn completely off. There is a "click here" for warranty information on the Amazon page for this item but it says to contact the manufacturer directly. The problem is I can't find a manufacturer web site so I can make a warranty claim. The warranty ends in eight days. It should not be this hard to submit a warranty claim for a malfunctioning item.
