This skirt is so pretty. It runs true to size (maybe juuuuuust a hair larger) and has an elastic waistband (a plus in my book). The string with the peacock feathers on it doesn't adjust the waistband...just a decoration. I'm 5'4" and this skirt skims the floor if I'm barefoot; I'm sure with heels, only the smallest portion of hem will touch. Even with flats, as you move, you still shouldn't step on it. I'm planning on ordering more!
